I have come to the end of my 28 days with
Diet Chef and my experience has genuinely been very positive. Overall I have lost a total of 12 lbs which I am delighted about. I found it incredibly easy to stick to, and feel that I have embraced a much healthier outlook to my diet and attitude to food.
