Chocolate Mousse
2 Free Range Eggs - separated
Melt chocolate in the microwave.
Meanwhile whisk the egg whites until stiff.
When chocolate is melted and slightly cooled, beat in egg yolks.
Fold together.
Pour into two individual serving dishes and chill until set.
Serve with fresh whipped cream, chocolate drops (I used Beyond Dark) and a strawberry cut into a fan.

ReplyDeleteOh my goodness, that chocolate mousse sounds and obviously tastes amazing. I know I saw this pic on your Valentines Day blog but I am glad that I am seeing if for a second time because, now that I have the recipe, I think I will have a go as a special treat.
