100g bar of dark chocolate (I used Green and Black's 70% dark chocolate with raspberry, but Bournville works equally well)
2 Free Range Eggs - separated
Melt chocolate in the microwave.
Meanwhile whisk the egg whites until stiff.
When chocolate is melted and slightly cooled, beat in egg yolks.
Pour into two individual serving dishes and chill until set.
Serve with fresh whipped cream, chocolate drops (I used Beyond Dark) and a strawberry cut into a fan.
