This is a super easy recipe for shortbread, which can be made using baking ingredients from Aldi. This will make them really cheap to make as the flour is just 45p for 1.5kg, the icing sugar is just 65p for 500g and the butter is 82p for a 250g block.
Decorate with Dairyfine chocolate which is 85p for a 200g bar or sprinkle with caster sugar at just 95p a bag.
They are perfect for Christmas and can be made using Christmas cookie cutters for a festive treat.
