Naked Pressed - Bright Greens, Lively Carrot and Bold Beet

If you are trying to up your daily intake of fruit or vegetables, Naked Pressed offers a simple and flavoursome way to do so. Each contains selected fruits and vegetables that are cold pressed with chilled pressure to preserve the flavours, creating a refreshing and authentic tasting juice drink.

Bright Greens contains seven juices including apple, cucumber, spinach, lettuce, celery, courgette and lemon plus wheatgrass. It is invigorating and slightly sweet with all the goodness of greens.

Lively Carrot is a five juice blend featuring carrot, apple, orange, cucumber and lemon with added vanilla bean and turmeric. The taste is sweet with a hint of spicy warmth.

Bold Beet includes beetroot, carrot, apple, cucumber and lemon with added ginger. It's sweet and earthy with a slight ginger kick.

The colours of the juices are bold and vibrant and the flavours are very authentic, with a taste that is very similar to juices I've made myself. They have a tendency to separate, in the same way that home made juices do, so a quick shake before drinking is sometimes needed.

I've really enjoyed these juices as they are a convenient and effort free way of enjoying juiced fruits and veggies in the home or on the go. I'm passionate about healthy eating and anything that makes it easier to incorporate extra plant based goodness into my family's diet gets a thumbs up from me. The addition of wheatgrass, ginger and turmeric adds a boost of superfoods to the juices.

Foodie Review Round-Up - V8 Juices, Marvellous Cadbury Creations and Lurpak Spray

We tried the new Raspberry and Beetroot juice.  It was thick and perfectly sweetened by the raspberries but with an underlying earthiness from the beetroot.  It tasted wholesome and natural.  It is free from artificial additives and the ingredients list was made up purely of fruit and vegetables including sweet potato, carrot, apple, beetroot, raspberry and blackcurrant.

Cadbury Dairy Milk Marvellous Creations and Marvellous Mix Ups

The latest creations from Cadbury are really touching on the fictional world of Roald Dahl's Willy Wonka! With some exciting combinations and flavours, Dairy Milk chocolate is elevated into some quite fantastically fun products that chocolate-lovers will adore.

The new Banana Caramel Crisp bar combines banana flavoured candy chunks, malted cereal balls and caramel pieces with smooth, creamy Dairy Milk to create a Marvellous Creation and taste sensation for the sweet-toothed.

Lurpak Cook's Range Cooking Mist

Lurpak has a new range of cooking products designed to inspire food adventures in the kitchen.  Featuring clarified butter, cooking liquid, cooking mist and baking butter, each product includes real Lurpak Butter presented in a way to make cooking easier and give end results a professional finish.

I tried out the Lurpak Cooks' Range Cooking Mist which retails at £2.70 for a 200 ml spray can.  It combines a liquid blend of Lurpak Butter with rapeseed oil to create a sprayable mist for basting or greasing.  It can even be used to glaze pies.

The bottle itself looks classy and professional.  The spray top was easy to use, spraying a fine mist straight onto the food.  I was impressed with the way it dispensed and the coverage each spray gave.  I tried it out on home made chunky chips and roasted root vegetables.  It did a great job and the golden brown, crisp, glazed finish was impressive.
