Have Yourself a Booja-Booja Christmas

My eldest daughter is a vegan. At Christmas with a houseful of festive dairy-based confectionery around her, I'd hate for Megan to feel like she couldn't indulge in something delicious.  Thank goodness for Booja-Booja!

Booja-Booja

Booja-Booja are a range of artisan truffles, handmade in Norfolk using carefully-sourced ingredients and the finest organic chocolate, single-sourced from the Dominican Republic.  They are organic, dairy free, gluten free and soya free and have no added preservatives - but best of all, they are mouthwateringly delicious!

Booja-Booja kindly sent us a box of their Special Edition Gift Collection Hazlenut Truffles to try.  Sweet roasted Italian Hazlenuts and fine organic chocolate are combined to create an amazing chocolate truffle. They are beautifully presented in an orange hinged gift box with elegant gold writing.  The attention to detail in the packaging exceeds the ordinary, with each box containing a Boojagram featuring an inspiring quote. The black and gold interior is luxurious and each truffle comes individually presented in its own paper case. They are then sealed into threes with gold wrap to retain their freshness.

One taste of the cocoa-coated, cubes of deliciousness and you will understand why they have won  60 awards, including 20 prestigious “Great Taste” awards.  They melt in your mouth and are rich with an intense flavour.  Once you start to eat one you don't want the sensation to end.  The Hazlenut Truffles have small pieces of nut within the truffle giving a delicious flavour and texture.  They are the sort of chocolate that you nibble and savour...not something to mindlessly scoff.  A true confectionery experience!

My goodness those Booja-booja chocolate truffles look so tempting and, as you say, are beautifully packaged. It is so good to know that some companies actually cater for vegans (I bet Megan was pleased to be able to sample a delicious chocolate knowing that it was OK for her) so I have a lot of respect for Booja-Booja. xxxxx
