115ml Flora Cuisine
115g caster sugar
115g self raising flour
2 free range eggs
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 dessert apples chopped
Preheat oven to GM5.
Mix together the Flora Cuisine, sugar, flour, eggs and cinnamon until smooth.
Fold in chopped apples.
Divide between 12 - 18 cake cases.
Cook for 12 - 15 minutes until they spring back when lightly touched.
They were light, moist and had a delicious flavour. They really are perfect for autumn with the inclusion of apple and warming cinnamon. They were so easy and quick to make using the Flora Cuisine and the all in one method. I'll definitely be making these again!
