Dalani Home & Living - Twin Competition

Dalani Home & Living is the UK's leading shopping club, offering its members fantastic daily deals on carefully sourced homeware brands at up to 70% off the manufacturers' RRP!  Membership to Dalani is completely free and members receive a daily newsletter telling them what top brands are on sale each day.

We've teamed up with Dalani to offer readers of Inside the Wendy House not one but two exciting competitions and what's more, everyone who enters will receive a £15 voucher to spend online!

The first Competition is to win a £50 voucher and is exclusive to readers of this blog.  To be in with a chance of winning, simply sign up to Dalani for free using this link here (it is very simple and quick to do).

Then answer this simple question: What is the name of the brand in the sale at the top of the Dalani homepage?

Email the answer to me at:  wendy_mcd83@hotmail.co.uk  before the closing date of April 2nd at 9am, with 'Dalani Comp' as the subject.   Everyone joining through the link above can also claim a £15 voucher (t & c's apply) and one lucky winner drawn at random will win the £50 prize!

But that's not all!  The second Competition is to win a fantastic £250 voucher to spend at Dalani...and there are two vouchers up for grabs.  This prize is open to everyone entering across the blogs participating in this campaign.  To be in with a chance of winning, have a look at the website and choose what you would buy to revamp a room in your house to the value of £250.  Come back here and tell me what you would choose and why in the comments section below.  Dalani will be selecting two entries to win the £250 vouchers!  I hope one of my readers is a lucky winner!

If I was entering,  I would choose to revamp my living room with this Jackson Pollack Rug for £119 (RRP £199).  It would look amazing on the laminate flooring and is such a funky and contemporary design.
I'd add a pair of Mumo Lapa Stitch Oblong Cushions at £42 each (RRP £113) to add a stylish, yet homely feel to my living room.
To add to the ambience and mood to the room, I'd select a luxurious Iris & Bergamont Moores candle for £44 (RRP £82)
So what would you choose...take a look at Dalani's website, choose what you would pick and tell me about it by leaving details in the comments below!  Competition closes on 2nd April at 9am. Good luck!!

  12. Lots of lovely things! I've "spent" £200.90 on towels, lanterns, birdhouses and some storage baskets!

  13. Somehow my lounge has gone from stylist sanctuary to cluttered chaos in less that 4 years. It must be something to do with the two additions to our family in that time! In order to restore some style to my lounge I would buy the TS Homeware Square Natural Floor Cushion and Double Weave Red Pouffe. Then I could throw away the kids plastic chairs and let them sit on these cool cushions.

I would buy the large rattan storage trunk to put all of the kids toys in and voila my sitting room would be transformed from a sea of bright plastic into a lovely calm sanctuary, well at least once the kids are in bed.

With my leftover cash I would buy a Nkuku photo frame to put in a photo of my two clutterers because even though they have destroyed my lounge they are my favorite people!

  15. I would go for the Medium Rattan Storage Trunk (£72 - http://www.dalani.co.uk/product.php?productid=23202&cat=817&page=1) for my bathroom. I currently have no wear to store extra towels and spare loo roll in the bathroom so I'm forever running out dripping wet from a shower or having an end-of-roll panic ;)

I'd definitely get a couple of these lovely Boutique Linen Brampton bath sheets (£14 each, http://www.dalani.co.uk/product.php?productid=23109&cat=818&page=1) and a Brampton bath robe (£38 - http://www.dalani.co.uk/product.php?productid=23110&cat=818&page=1) as I'd have space to store the lovely new towels now and I could actually put my bathrobe on the hook, instead of having to use the hook for a towel (when I remember to put it back, that is...)

The Gardenia Diffuser from Illume (£18, http://www.dalani.co.uk/product.php?productid=23283&cat=823&page=1) will keep the room smelling lovely so I can enjoy my time in there, and the Gardenia Jar Candle (£11, http://www.dalani.co.uk/product.php?productid=23284&cat=823&page=1) will set the mood for a relaxing bath.

To round off my bath, I'd go for some of the Gourmet Soaps by Confianca (£7 each, my favourite being http://www.dalani.co.uk/product.php?productid=23453&cat=835&page=1) and some bath salts (£7, http://www.dalani.co.uk/product.php?productid=23469&cat=835&page=1) to make me smell lovely.

I'd then get out of the bath, wrap myself in my new robe, and use my new mirror from the William Francis collection (£69, http://www.dalani.co.uk/product.php?productid=23224&cat=824&page=1) to moisturise my skin and prepare for the day (or night...!)

I would love to win the Graham and Brown Countless wallpaper pink and grey for the bedroom because I adore pink and the Georgia by Amy Butler wallpaper for the living room as I have to paper the walls because they arent very smooth due to poor plaster work.
